Leadership

HRUnbound was founded by Anthony Gargiulo Jr in July of 2012. Anthony has over 30 years of varied corporate human resources experience with over 12 years of executive leadership experience.

He has worked for subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (Vice President, Human Resources at The Pampered Chef and Labor Relations Assistant at Santa Fe Railway Company, now BNSF Railway Company), and at Chicago-based firms such as Leo Burnett Company, USF Corporation, Anixter International and World’s Finest Chocolate Inc.

He earned a BA in History and an MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago. Anthony serves as both a member of the Board of Advisors and as an Adjunct Instructor at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University of Chicago. Based in the Chicago area, HRUnbound provides human resources consulting for start-ups and small to midsize companies. We focus on the importance of culture and we bring a generalist HR background to our work.

Our clients are in a variety of industries: marketing & financial services, shopper marketing, container manufacturing, material sciences, food manufacturing, professional services, industrial conglomerates, printing and apparel.
